Los revestimientos interiores juegan un papel fundamental a la hora de crear un ambiente con el que articular desde el primer momento la experiencia. La mejor manera de valorar el acierto a la hora de instalar un revestimiento en el interior de un espacio es cuando, de manera, inconsciente, percibimos dicho revestimiento como parte natural del espacio. Son una parte fundamental a la hora de crear un atmósfera con unas sensaciones concretas. En este proyecto de zonas comunes del edificio Slow Building, los revestimientos ayudan a definir el recorrido visual, funcional y sensorial de los espacios así como a reforzar los valores de salubridad y sostenibilidad que lo rigen.

The interior cladding plays a fundamental role in creating an atmosphere with which to articulate the experience from the very first moment. The best way to assess the success of installing a wall covering inside a space is when, unconsciously, we perceive it as a natural part of the space. They are a fundamental part of creating an atmosphere with specific sensations. In this project for the common areas of the Slow Building, the cladding helps to define the visual, functional and sensory route of the spaces and to reinforce the values of health and sustainability that govern it.

OFICINAS QUE FOMENTAN LA COMUNICACIÓN

Oficinas abiertas y flexibles. Los espacios de trabajo deben facilitar y fomentar todo lo relacionado con la innovación y el emprendimiento. Los nuevos espacios se denominan Open Space u Open Plan. El centro de AMAZON en barcelona ocupa 8 plantas de este edificio diseñado por BATLLE I ROIG ARQUITECTURA. En total, 10.000 metros cuadrados con muchos puestos  en los que predomina la madera, el verde, el amarillo y el azul en cristales, suelo y paredes. Las mesas son regulables, de manera que quien quiera trabajar de pie (otra moda importada de Silicon Valley) solo tiene que pulsar un botón. CARRÉ ha formado parte del proyecto equipando los interiores de los espacios.

El diseño del espacio sigue la doctrina de la biofilia, que busca replicar a la naturaleza para aumentar el bienestar de los trabajadores. No solo hay plantas aquí y allá para separar espacios, sino que las moquetas y los mismos muebles imitan árboles, hojas en el suelo o cascadas. Las hileras de escritorios se alternan con espacios de reuniones informales y una especie de anfiteatros con pizarras. “Están pensados para fomentar la lluvia de ideas”, ilustra Bernabé Rodríguez, responsable de facilities (instalaciones) para estas nuevas oficinas.
